Ranging from easy to challenging, there is something for everyone!

Alp Bella Samnaun Laret hiking tip

Start: Alp Trider Sattel mountain station (2494 m)
Destination: Alp Bella (2380 m)
End point: Samnaun Laret (1720 m)
Walking time: about 2.5 hours

The hike begins at the mountain station and follows the road downhill to Alp Trida. Pass the restaurant on the left, then follow the path up to 2374 metres altitude, where it continues flat to Alp Bella. Alp Bella is open from about July to September. You walk back the same way or along the hiking trail past the large Alpstein monolith towards Samnaun Laret. The way back via the Alpstein is slightly steeper.

With a bit of luck, you'll spot some marmots on this hike. You'll definitely see grazing cows and enjoy stunning views. The main plants here are clover and thistle as well as Alpine asters.
